Medical Weight Loss, Management & Maintenance
A Personalized Approach to Sustainable Weight Loss
At Skin Deep, we believe successful weight loss is about more than simply prescribing medication—it's about creating a personalized plan that supports your health, confidence, and long-term success.
Our Medical Weight Loss Program combines comprehensive medical evaluation, ongoing clinical support, and evidence-based treatments, including semaglutide or tirzepatide, for qualifying clients. Every treatment plan is tailored to your individual health history, goals, and response to therapy, ensuring you receive the safest and most effective care possible.
Program Steps
Comprehensive Consultation
Your journey begins with a comprehensive consultation and medical screening. During this visit, we will:
- Review your medical history and current health
- Take vital signs and body measurements
- Discuss your weight loss goals
- Determine whether you may be a candidate for treatment
- Explain the program, including expectations, benefits, potential side effects, and lifestyle recommendations
Recent laboratory work (completed within the past six months) is required before treatment begins. If needed, Skin Deep can provide a laboratory requisition or perform your blood draw in-office for your convenience.
Medical Review & Treatment Approval
Once your laboratory results have been reviewed and you are medically approved, our provider will prescribe semaglutide or tirzepatide as appropriate, and you'll begin your personalized treatment plan.
Ongoing Support & Monitoring
Following your initial consultation and treatment initiation, you'll return for monthly follow-up appointments with our medical team. These visits are designed to monitor your progress, answer questions, and ensure your treatment plan continues to meet your needs.
At each monthly appointment, we will:
- Monitor your weight, body measurements, and vital signs
- Evaluate your progress and overall response to treatment
- Address any questions or concerns
- Adjust your medication dosage, if appropriate
- Dispense your monthly medication
Long-Term Success
Your health doesn't stop when you reach your goal weight. Our Maintenance Program is designed to help you maintain your results while continuing to prioritize your overall wellness.
After 12 months of treatment, you'll repeat your blood work before your annual follow-up appointment to ensure your program continues to be safe, effective, and tailored to your evolving health needs.
Your weight loss journey is unique. We're here to provide the medical expertise, accountability, and encouragement you need every step of the way.
